Ingredients:
- Onion 2-3
- Dry chickpea flour to sprinkle
For Batter:
- Chickpea flour 1 cup
- Cumin whole 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Baking powder 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Method:
- Cut onion in lacchay. Separate each lacchay.
- Now sprinkle dry flour on lacchay and coat it.
- For batter: Mix all ingredients and make smooth batter.
- Now dip coated onion lacchay in batter and deep fry it until golden and crisp.
- Then serve with chutney.
