Ingredients:

  • Moong lentil 1 packet
  • Samosa wrap 1 dozen
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Lemons 2
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Chopped soya 1 bunch
  • Egg whites 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Put moong lentil, chopped soya, lemon juice, chopped green chilies and chopped onion in bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Now keep some moong daal in each samosa wrap, make samosa, dip in egg whites and close it.
  3. Make all samosa like this.
  4. Heat oil in frying pan and fry samosa on low flame.
  5. When golden brown, take out, keep on tissue paper so that oil absorbs.
  6. Serve with imli ki khatti chutney.
