Ingredients:
- Moong lentil 1 packet
- Samosa wrap 1 dozen
- Chopped onion 1
- Lemons 2
- Chopped green chilies 2
- Chopped soya 1 bunch
- Egg whites 2
- Salt to taste
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Put moong lentil, chopped soya, lemon juice, chopped green chilies and chopped onion in bowl and mix it nicely.
- Now keep some moong daal in each samosa wrap, make samosa, dip in egg whites and close it.
- Make all samosa like this.
- Heat oil in frying pan and fry samosa on low flame.
- When golden brown, take out, keep on tissue paper so that oil absorbs.
- Serve with imli ki khatti chutney.
