Ingredients:

  • Grated cottage cheese 2 packets
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Bread slices 4
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Black peppercorn 6
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 6
  • Beaten eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Put boneless chicken with 1 cup water and garlic cloves in pot and boil it.
  2. When tender, remove it and grind in chopper with medium portion of bread slices in chopped.
  3. Now mix grated cottage cheese, black peppercorn, chopped green chilies and salt and knead it.
  4. Then make cutlets, dip in beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs.
  5. When all cutlets are ready, heat oil in karahi pan and deep fry it.
  6. When golden brown, take it out and serve hot with chili garlic sauce.
