Chicken & Cottage Cheese Cutlets by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Grated cottage cheese 2 packets
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Bread slices 4
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Black peppercorn 6
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Chopped green chilies 6
- Beaten eggs 2
- Bread crumbs 1 packet
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Put boneless chicken with 1 cup water and garlic cloves in pot and boil it.
- When tender, remove it and grind in chopper with medium portion of bread slices in chopped.
- Now mix grated cottage cheese, black peppercorn, chopped green chilies and salt and knead it.
- Then make cutlets, dip in beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs.
- When all cutlets are ready, heat oil in karahi pan and deep fry it.
- When golden brown, take it out and serve hot with chili garlic sauce.
