Ingredients:

  • Eggs boiled 4-5
  • Chicken 300 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Worcester sauce 1 tbsp
  • All purpose flour 1-2 tbsp
  • Green onion 1-2 sticks
  • Eggs beaten 1-2
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil eggs hard.
  2. Then peel it and cool it.
  3. Now add chicken, garlic paste, black pepper, worcester sauce, flour, spring onion and salt in chopper and make paste.
  4. Now coat boiled eggs with paste.
  5. Then dip coated eggs in beaten eggs.
  6. Now coat with bread crumbs, fry it, take it out in serving dish.
  7. In end, decorate with green onion.
