Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped onion 1
- Red chili powder 1 pinch
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Chopped green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- All spice powder 1 pinch
- Chopped ginger 1 tsp
- White cumin 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 2-3
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Chopped tomatoes 2-3
- Yellow food color 1 pinch
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- Mix ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, all spice powder, white cumin, yogurt, lemon juice, yellow food color and oil in bowl.
- Now marinate chicken with this mixture and leave it for 2 hours.
- Now keep chicken in pan, cover it and cook it.
- Then remove from stove, separate bone and shred chicken.
- Heat oil in second pan and fry onion lightly.
- Now add ginger garlic, chopped green chilies, shredded chicken, salt, chaat masala and chopped green coriander.
- Then put lemon juice and chopped tomatoes and fry until oil is separated/.
- Chicken ki bhujia is ready.
