Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Red chili powder 1 pinch
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Chopped green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • All spice powder 1 pinch
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2-3
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 2-3
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, all spice powder, white cumin, yogurt, lemon juice, yellow food color and oil in bowl.
  2. Now marinate chicken with this mixture and leave it for 2 hours.
  3. Now keep chicken in pan, cover it and cook it.
  4. Then remove from stove, separate bone and shred chicken.
  5. Heat oil in second pan and fry onion lightly.
  6. Now add ginger garlic, chopped green chilies, shredded chicken, salt, chaat masala and chopped green coriander.
  7. Then put lemon juice and chopped tomatoes and fry until oil is separated/.
  8. Chicken ki bhujia is ready.
