Ingredients:
For Dough:
- Flour 1
- Ghee 1-1/2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 tbsp
- Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
- Carom seeds 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
For Filling:
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Green chilies 6-7
- Onion chopped 1
- Coriander chopped 1/2 bunch
- Ginger crushed 1 inch
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves few
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in flour, put some water and knead it. Dough should be hard.
- Now make portions. Then cover with cloth and keep it aside.
- For filling: Put mustard seeds in pan and heat it.
- Then put some oil, add onion and roast it.
- Then add boiled potatoes, salt, turmeric, ginger and green chilies and knead it nicely.
- Now close stove, put curry leaves and chopped coriander.
- For assemble: Roll dough in long and cut in cross.
- Now give shape of cone and fill potato mixture.
- Then close with water. Do this method with all portions.
- Now heat oil in karahi pan, deep fry it until golden brown.
- Serve with chutney.
