Ingredients:

  • Beef pieces 1/2 kg
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seed powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed papaya 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Eggs as required
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil for frying
  • Wooden skewers as required

Method:

  1. Cut beef into small small botiyan.
  2. Now mix with cumin powder, chili powder, poppy seed powder, black pepper powder, crushed papaya, salt, oil and yogurt.
  3. Now marinate beef with this masala for approx 30 minutes.
  4.  Then put botiyan on skewers. Then coat with bread crumbs.
  5. Beat eggs nicely, dip skewers in it and deep fry it.
