Beef Husainey Stick by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Beef pieces 1/2 kg
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Poppy seed powder 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Crushed papaya 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Eggs as required
- Bread crumbs as required
- Oil for frying
- Wooden skewers as required
Method:
- Cut beef into small small botiyan.
- Now mix with cumin powder, chili powder, poppy seed powder, black pepper powder, crushed papaya, salt, oil and yogurt.
- Now marinate beef with this masala for approx 30 minutes.
- Then put botiyan on skewers. Then coat with bread crumbs.
- Beat eggs nicely, dip skewers in it and deep fry it.
