Ingredients:
- Roll wraps 1 dozen
- Chicken fillet 2
- Chopped cabbage 1 small flower
- Grated carrots 2
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Chopped capsicum 1
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chicken cube flour 1 tsp
- Egg whites 2
- Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Oil to fry
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Method:
- Put ginger garlic paste and salt in chicken fillet, dry in its own water and make small small botiyan.
- Now put 2 tbsp oil in karahi pan, put chicken boti, chopped cabbage, grated carrots and chopped capsicum and stir fry it.
- Also add soya sauce, white vinegar, sugar, crushed black pepper, red chili flakes and chicken cube flour and cool it.
- Keep mixture on edges on each roll wraps and make roll.
- Paste egg whites and close it. When all rolls are ready, heat oil in karahi pan and fry it until golden.
- In end, serve with ketchup.
