Spicy Chicken Rolls by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Roll wraps 1 dozen
  • Chicken fillet 2
  • Chopped cabbage 1 small flower
  • Grated carrots 2
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tsp
  • Egg whites 2
  • Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil to fry
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put ginger garlic paste and salt in chicken fillet, dry in its own water and make small small botiyan.
  2. Now put 2 tbsp oil in karahi pan, put chicken boti, chopped cabbage, grated carrots and chopped capsicum and stir fry it.
  3. Also add soya sauce, white vinegar, sugar, crushed black pepper, red chili flakes and chicken cube flour and cool it.
  4. Keep mixture on edges on each roll wraps and make roll.
  5. Paste egg whites and close it. When all rolls are ready, heat oil in karahi pan and fry it until golden.
  6. In end, serve with ketchup.
