Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Mustard seeds 2 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Chopped green coriander some
  • Lemons 2
  • Oil to fry
  • Flour as required
  • Soda bi carbonate 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Jaggery syrup 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put flout in bowl, mix soda bi carbonate, jaggery syrup and salt, knead it and to little tin. Then leave it for a while so that it becomes yeast nicely.
  2. Now mash boiled potatoes, put mustard seeds, red chili flakes, cumin powder, chopped green chilies, chopped green coriander and lemon juice and leave it for a while.
  3. Then heat oil in karahi pan.
  4. Now grease hands and spread flour on hands.
  5. Keep potato mixture in center, close from 4 sides and press it lightly.
  6. Then deep fry it in hot oil until golden. Khasta kachori is ready.
  7. Together keep yogurt raita and meethi chutney.
