Ingredients:

  • Beef 250 gm
  • Tongue 250 gm
  • Bengal gram 150 gm
  • Garlic 5-6 cloves
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Black cardamom 4-5
  • Cinnamon 1-2 sticks
  • Cloves 3-4
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chilies 6-8
  • Cumin 1-2 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1-2 tsp
  • Eggs 3-4
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread slice as required

Method:

  1. Cut beef and tongue into botiyan.
  2. Put botiyan, bengal gram, whole coriander, black pepper, red chilies, garlic cloves, ginger, cumin, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, salt and water and cook it.
  3. Then cook it on low flame until water dries.
  4. Now take it out and cool it and chop in chopper.
  5. Now wet 1 egg and bread slices and put it. Then make balls.
  6. Beat remaining eggs with corn flour.
  7. Dip balls in eggs, fry it, take it out and serve with chutney.
