Ingredients:
- Beef 250 gm
- Tongue 250 gm
- Bengal gram 150 gm
- Garlic 5-6 cloves
- Ginger 1 inch
- Black cardamom 4-5
- Cinnamon 1-2 sticks
- Cloves 3-4
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Red chilies 6-8
- Cumin 1-2 tsp
- Whole coriander 1-2 tsp
- Eggs 3-4
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Bread slice as required
Method:
- Cut beef and tongue into botiyan.
- Put botiyan, bengal gram, whole coriander, black pepper, red chilies, garlic cloves, ginger, cumin, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, salt and water and cook it.
- Then cook it on low flame until water dries.
- Now take it out and cool it and chop in chopper.
- Now wet 1 egg and bread slices and put it. Then make balls.
- Beat remaining eggs with corn flour.
- Dip balls in eggs, fry it, take it out and serve with chutney.
