Chewra Pakora by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 150 gm
  • Chewra 250 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Leave chewra in water for a while.
  2. Then take it out and dry water.
  3. Put chicken mince, garlic paste, chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, red chili flakes, cumin, eggs, baking soda and salt in chopped and mix it.
  4. Then add chewra and mix it.
  5. Now heat oil in pan and fry chewra pakora.
  6. Then take out in dish and serve hot.
