Chewra Pakora by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 150 gm
- Chewra 250 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Chopped onion 1
- Green chilies 4-5
- Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Eggs 2
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Leave chewra in water for a while.
- Then take it out and dry water.
- Put chicken mince, garlic paste, chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, red chili flakes, cumin, eggs, baking soda and salt in chopped and mix it.
- Then add chewra and mix it.
- Now heat oil in pan and fry chewra pakora.
- Then take out in dish and serve hot.
