Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 300 gm
- Capsicum cubes 1 large
- Tomato cubes 3
- Onion cubes 1 large
- Cooking oil 8 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Tomato paste 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger 2 tbsp
- Green chili 3
- Bake parlor macaroni and mix masala sachet
Method:
- Boil macaroni in salted water for 5-7 minutes until it remains 1/4th.
- Then drain hot water, put cold water, mix 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
- Heat remaining oil in pan, put chicken boneless, mix masala sachet and tomato paste and fry for 1 minute.
- Then put 2 cup water and cook until boil. Then cook more for 5 minutes.
- Now add yogurt, ginger and green chilies and cook more for 3 minutes on high flame.
- Then put capsicum, onion and tomato and cook more for 30 minutes.
- Then remove from stove and serve with hot pasta.
