Chicken Jalfrezi Paratha by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 300 gm
  • Capsicum cubes 1 large
  • Tomato cubes 3
  • Onion cubes 1 large
  • Cooking oil 8 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves as required
  • Green chili 3
  • Bake parlor macaroni and mix masala sachet

For Paratha:

  • White flour 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Lukewarm water to knead

Method:

  1. Cook chicken boneless with 1/2 cup water and mix masala sachet, cool it and keep it. Now chop it.
  2. Then chop onion, green coriander, green chilies and mint leaves and mix in chicken.
  3. Then make 6-8 portions of 1/4 size, roll each portions, spread ghee on it, sprinkle flour and make again portion of 1/4 size.
  4. Keep filling on one roti. Keep second roti on it and close it nicely.
  5. Then fry on tawa with ghee until golden syrup.
  6. Serve with raita.
