Ingredients:
- Banana 6
- Mangoes 2
- Apples 3
- Pineapple 1 tin
- Sapodilla (chikoo) 4
- Grapes 1 cup
- Chickpeas 1 cup
- Caster sugar 4 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Fresh cream 1-1/2 cup
- Tamarind chutney 3-4 tbsp
For Chutney:
- Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Put bananas, mangoes, apples, pineapple, chikoo and grapes in bowl.
- Now mix chickpeas, tamarind chutney and chaat masala in it.
- Beat fresh cream with mayonnaise in second bowl.
- Then mix fruits and chickpeas and serve chill.
- For chutney: Cook all ingredients.
