Ingredients:

  • Banana 6
  • Mangoes 2
  • Apples 3
  • Pineapple 1 tin
  • Sapodilla (chikoo) 4
  • Grapes 1 cup
  • Chickpeas 1 cup
  • Caster sugar 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1-1/2 cup
  • Tamarind chutney 3-4 tbsp

For Chutney:

  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Put bananas, mangoes, apples, pineapple, chikoo and grapes in bowl.
  2. Now mix chickpeas, tamarind chutney and chaat masala in it.
  3. Beat fresh cream with mayonnaise in second bowl.
  4. Then mix fruits and chickpeas and serve chill.
  5. For chutney: Cook all ingredients.
