Ingredients:
For Potli:
- All purpose flour 2 cup
- Eggs 3
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
For Filling:
- Chicken 300 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Chopped onion 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
- Crushed coriander 1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 2-3
- Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
- Green onion as required
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For potli: Put flour in mixing bowl.
- Then put salt and eggs and knead it. Knead dough hard.
- Now roll roti and cut into pieces.
- Sprinkle flour, cut pattiyan and make layers.
- For filling: Put all ingredients except green onion oil in mixing bowl and mix it.
- Now fill chicken mixture in center of pattiyan.
- Then close like potli and tie with spring onion.
- Then heat oil, deep fry potli carefully and serve hot with chutney.
