Potli Kebab by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

For Potli:

  • All purpose flour 2 cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • Chicken 300 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Green onion as required
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For potli: Put flour in mixing bowl.
  2. Then put salt and eggs and knead it. Knead dough hard.
  3. Now roll roti and cut into pieces.
  4. Sprinkle flour, cut pattiyan and make layers.
  5. For filling: Put all ingredients except green onion oil in mixing bowl and mix it.
  6. Now fill chicken mixture in center of pattiyan.
  7. Then close like potli and tie with spring onion.
  8. Then heat oil, deep fry potli carefully and serve hot with chutney.
