Ingredients:

  • Rice flour 300 gm
  • Yeast 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Icing sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Put yeast in lukewarm water and leave it.
  2. When it rises, add rice flour, mix it and leave it overnight.
  3. Then add icing sugar, sesame seeds, flour, baking powder and egg and mix it.
  4. Heat oil in pan, fry andarsey and serve hot.
