Ingredients:
- Rice flour 300 gm
- Yeast 1-1/2 tbsp
- Icing sugar 1-1/2 cup
- All purpose flour 1 cup
- Sesame seeds 1 cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Put yeast in lukewarm water and leave it.
- When it rises, add rice flour, mix it and leave it overnight.
- Then add icing sugar, sesame seeds, flour, baking powder and egg and mix it.
- Heat oil in pan, fry andarsey and serve hot.
