Ingredients:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee as required
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Water as required

Method:

  1. Put flour, yeast, salt, cream and sugar in bowl, knead with water and keep for 30 minutes.
  2. Now roll roti, spread 1/2 cup ghee, sprinkle little little flour and roll it.
  3. Then cut into 4 portions with knife, press with hands and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Then roll like roti, heat ghee on tawa and fry parathay.
  5. Reshmi paratha is ready.
