Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
- Lemons 2
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
- Chopped green chilies 2
- Salt to taste
- Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
- Rice flour 1 tbsp
- Eggs 3
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Peel boiled potatoes and mash it.
- Now mix crushed black pepper, red chili flakes, salt, lemon juice. roasted cumin powder and chopped green chilies in it and make small small balls.
- Beat eggs in one bowl, mix corn flour and rice flour and mix it nicely.
- Then heat oil in karahi pan, dip balls in eggs, put in karahi pan and fry until golden.
- Serve with imli ki chutney.
