Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 300 gm
- Cabbage 1/2
- Green chilies 4-5
- Onion 4-5
- Carrot 1
- Green onion 1/2 cup
- Garlic 3-4 cloves
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds oil 1/2 tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tbsp
- Roll patti 1 packet
- Oil as required
- Chinese salt to taste
- Salt to taste
To Close Patti:
Method:
- Mix egg, corn flour and water and keep it aside.
- Boil chicken mince with garlic cloves.
- Put cabbage, sesame seeds oil, chicken powder, chicken mince, green chilies, onion, carrot, green onion, salt, Chinese salt and black pepper in mixing bowl, mix it nicely, fill mixture in roll patti and close with egg mixture.
- Then heat oil in pan, fry roll, take out in serving dish and serve.
