Crispy Fried Chicken Potato Sticks by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Chicken boneless 250 gm
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut potatoes into 4 pieces and chicken boneless into cubes and put in bowl.
  2. Now add rice flour, coriander powder, cumin powder, yogurt, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cardamom powder and salt in it and mix it.
  3. Now skew potatoes and chicken in bbq skewers and deep fry it.
  4. Serve with sauce.
