Ingredients:
- Chickpeas 1 cup
- Black chickpeas 2 cups
- Thin sev as required
- Fried gram lentil 1/2 cup
- Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
- Green chutney 1/2 cup
- Crackers 1 cup
- Murmuray 2 cups
- Potatoes 2
- Onion 4 tbsp
- Chaat masala 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Tomato 1
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies
Method:
- Mix chickpeas, black chickpeas, potatoes, green chilies, green coriander, onion, tomato, chaat masala, salt, green chutney and tamarind pulp in one bowl.
- Now take it out in one platter.
- Decorate 2 sides of platter with murmuray, fried gram lentil, crackers and thin sev.
