Rice Crispy Chaat by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas 1 cup
  • Black chickpeas 2 cups
  • Thin sev as required
  • Fried gram lentil 1/2 cup
  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
  • Green chutney 1/2 cup
  • Crackers 1 cup
  • Murmuray 2 cups
  • Potatoes 2
  • Onion 4 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Tomato 1
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies

Method:

  1. Mix chickpeas, black chickpeas, potatoes, green chilies, green coriander, onion, tomato, chaat masala, salt, green chutney and tamarind pulp in one bowl.
  2. Now take it out in one platter.
  3. Decorate 2 sides of platter with murmuray, fried gram lentil, crackers and thin sev.
