Kachri Kebab by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1 sliced
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Roasted gram 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Kachri powder 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix beef mince and onion sliced, grind finely in chopper and keep it aside.
  2. Grind poppy seeds, desiccated coconut and roasted gram dry and put mince in it.
  3. Also put remaining ingredients and grind it again.
  4. Then make kabab and shallow fry it
  5. Then give smoke of coal.

  • Also made kachri kababs. Used 1/2 tsp meat tenderizer instead of kachri powder and only 80 gms sliced onion. They taste like galawat kababs. Plz try. jazak allah.
