Ingredients:

  • Milk 6 cups
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Kewra water 1 tbsp
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Almonds and pistachios slices 1/2 cup
  • Green cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Condensed milk 4 tbsp
  • Cream 1 packet

For Prepared Rabri:

  • Milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Saffron kewra essence few drops
  • Condensed milk 4 tbsp
  • Almonds pistachios slices for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat 6 cups milk and sugar in pan for 15 minutes until milk remains little less.
  2. Dissolve 4 tbsp corn flour in 1/4 cup milk, put in boiled milk and stir it continuously until it is cooked and thick.
  3. Now add khoya, remove it and cool mixture.
  4. Then put saffron, kewra water, green cardamom, condensed milk and cream.
  5. Now put mixture in greased loaf tin, cover it nicely and freeze it until set.
  6. Then take it out, cut into slices and serve with rabri.
  7. For rabri: Cook milk until it remains less.
  8. Now thick with corn flour paste, remove it and cool it.
  9. Then put condensed milk and saffron kewra essence and garnish with almonds pistachios slices.
