  • Tried both rcipes and they are both delicious. I did not stuff into brinjls but rather I sliced brinjals and then made masala and added brinjlas. Gujrati baigan is really a very good recipe. Tastes specially good with boiled rice. I did not use 50 gms peanuts but only 2 Tbsp. 50 gms is about 4 Tbsp peanuts.
