Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes 500 gm
  • Eggs 4
  • Garlic chopped 3-4 cloves
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Whole cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil tomatoes, peel it and take out seeds.
  2. Heat oil in pan and toast mustard seeds and whole cumin seeds.
  3. Now add garlic cloves, turmeric powder and red chili powder and fry it.
  4. Then add tomatoes and remaining ingredients, roast it and cook it.
  5. Now keep eggs on simmer on low flame.
  6. When color of eggs is white, put chop green chilies and fresh coriander, dish out and serve.
