Daal Paratha by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour 500 gm
  • Gram lentil 100 gm
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Ghee for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind gram lentil, cumin seeds and onion seeds together.
  2. Add 2-3 tbsp ghee in all purpose flour, knead it and make portions.
  3. Then fill with lentil mixture.
  4. Now make portions, mark cut, turn like corn, give bal and make portions.
  5. Then put ghee on tawa, roll portions and fry it on tawa.
