Ingredients:
- Milk 250 gm
- Chia seeds (tukh malanga) 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Ice cubes as required
- Jam-e-shireen as required
- Almonds, Pistachios as required
Method:
- Mix water and jam-e-shireen in sugar.
- Soak tukh malanga in water.
- Now mix milk, tukh malanga and jam-e-shireen.
- Then put ice cubes, garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve.
