Ingredients:

  • Milk 250 gm
  • Chia seeds (tukh malanga) 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Ice cubes as required
  • Jam-e-shireen as required
  • Almonds, Pistachios as required

Method:

  1. Mix water and jam-e-shireen in sugar.
  2. Soak tukh malanga in water.
  3. Now mix milk, tukh malanga and jam-e-shireen.
  4. Then put ice cubes, garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve.
