Chicken Cheese Paratha by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillets 2
  • Grated cottage cheese 1 packet
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Oil to fry
  • Maida 2 tbsp

To Boil Chicken:

  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Black pepper 4

Method:

  1. Boil chicken fillet with garlic cloves  and black pepper in some water.
  2. Then cut it finely.
  3. Put flour and salt in dish and knead it nicely.
  4. Then mix grated cottage cheese and chicken, put chopped green chilies, coriander, crushed black pepper and salt and mix it.
  5. Dissolve maida in some water.
  6. Roll one roti and spread some mixture of chicken and cheese in center.
  7. Then roll second roti.
  8. Then spread wet maida on edges of roti, keep second roti and close edges.
  9. Now heat tawa, toast parathay like roti, put oil, toast from both sides and remove from tawa.
  10. Serve hot parathay with chutney.
