Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 1-1/2 cup
- Mango puree 1 cup
- Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Yellow food color 1 pinch
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Water to make batter
- Ghee for frying
- Soda water 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Put wheat flour, mango puree, green cardamom powder, yellow color, sugar and fennel seeds in bowl, beat it nicely, cover it and leave it for a while.
- Before frying, add soda water. Batter should be thick and like paste. Beat it nicely.
- Then deep fry gulgulay in ghee.
- Now put in karahi with hands.
