Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Orange red color 1 pinch
  • Curry leaves 15-20
  • Oil for seep drying

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients except green chilies curry leaves and oil in bowl.
  2. Now marinate chicken with this mixture for 2 hours.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan and deep fry chicken pieces until red brown.
  4. Now heat 2 tbsp oil in karahi pan, put curry leaves, deep fry green chilies, put chicken and toast it.
  5. Serve hot with onion rings and lemon.
