Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- Green chilies 4
- Orange red color 1 pinch
- Curry leaves 15-20
- Oil for seep drying
Method:
- Mix all ingredients except green chilies curry leaves and oil in bowl.
- Now marinate chicken with this mixture for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in frying pan and deep fry chicken pieces until red brown.
- Now heat 2 tbsp oil in karahi pan, put curry leaves, deep fry green chilies, put chicken and toast it.
- Serve hot with onion rings and lemon.
