Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • All purpose flour 500 gm
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Semolina 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • Chicken mince 200 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Ghee 6 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix baking powder, semolina, sugar and salt in flour and knead soft dough.
  2. Then heat oil or ghee in pan and fry onion and ginger garlic paste.
  3. Now add chicken mince and roast it.
  4. When color is changed, add red chili powder, black pepper, lemon juice, fresh coriander, green chilies and salt and mix it.
  5. When dry, remove it and cool it.
  6. Then make small small portions of dough, keep little mince, close from 4 sides and press with hands.
  7. Then heat oil in pan, deep fry it, take it out and serve hot.
