Ingredients:
For Dough:
- All purpose flour 500 gm
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Semolina 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
For Filling:
- Chicken mince 200 gm
- Onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies 4-5
- Ghee 6 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix baking powder, semolina, sugar and salt in flour and knead soft dough.
- Then heat oil or ghee in pan and fry onion and ginger garlic paste.
- Now add chicken mince and roast it.
- When color is changed, add red chili powder, black pepper, lemon juice, fresh coriander, green chilies and salt and mix it.
- When dry, remove it and cool it.
- Then make small small portions of dough, keep little mince, close from 4 sides and press with hands.
- Then heat oil in pan, deep fry it, take it out and serve hot.
