Ingredients:
- Chickpeas 250 gm
- Potatoes 1 cup
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Chopped onion 2
- Chopped tomatoes 2
- Green chilies 3
- Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
- Lemon juice 4-5 tbsp
- Papri 4-5
- Roll patti as required
- Chaat masala as required
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pot.
- Set roll patti in chalni.
- Press chalni from top and fry patti and make pyalaiyan.
- Now put chickpeas in mixing bowl, add salt and mix it.
- Now add green chilies, fresh coriander and lemon juice.
- Then put onion and tomatoes.
- Then whip yogurt, put on top, crush papri and put it.
- Now fill in pyalaiyan.
- In end, sprinkle chaat masala and serve it.
