Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas 250 gm
  • Potatoes 1 cup
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Chopped tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 3
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Lemon juice 4-5 tbsp
  • Papri 4-5
  • Roll patti as required
  • Chaat masala as required
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot.
  2. Set roll patti in chalni.
  3. Press chalni from top and fry patti and make pyalaiyan.
  4. Now put chickpeas in mixing bowl, add salt and mix it.
  5. Now add green chilies, fresh coriander and lemon juice.
  6. Then put onion and tomatoes.
  7. Then whip yogurt, put on top, crush papri and put it.
  8. Now fill in pyalaiyan.
  9. In end, sprinkle chaat masala and serve it.
