Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 250 gm
  • Bread slice 1
  • Egg whites 2
  • Chopped green chilies 6
  • Boiled potato 1/2 kg
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Cottage cheese 1 packet
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Peel potato and mash with fork.
  2. Now mix salt in chicken mince and dry water.
  3. Then cut edges of bread slice, mix in dry mince and grind in chopper.
  4. Now mix soya sauce, boiled potato, crushed black pepper, chopped green chilies, chopped green coriander and cottage cheese nicely.
  5. Then make rolls, dip in egg whites and coat with bread crumbs.
  6. Then heat oil in karahi pan, deep fry rolls and when golden brown take it out.
  7. Then serve with tomato ketchup.
