Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 250 gm
- Bread slice 1
- Egg whites 2
- Chopped green chilies 6
- Boiled potato 1/2 kg
- Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Bread crumbs 1 packet
- Cottage cheese 1 packet
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Peel potato and mash with fork.
- Now mix salt in chicken mince and dry water.
- Then cut edges of bread slice, mix in dry mince and grind in chopper.
- Now mix soya sauce, boiled potato, crushed black pepper, chopped green chilies, chopped green coriander and cottage cheese nicely.
- Then make rolls, dip in egg whites and coat with bread crumbs.
- Then heat oil in karahi pan, deep fry rolls and when golden brown take it out.
- Then serve with tomato ketchup.
