Ingredients:
- Gram flour 2 cups
- Egg 1
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chillies 4
- Soda bi carbonate 1 tsp
- Water as required
- Oil to fry
For Yogurt:
- Yogurt 1 kg
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Red chili 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
For Bhagar:
- Mustard seeds 5
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Curry leaves few
- Mustard seeds few
Method:
- Put gram flour in bowl, put egg, yogurt, salt, chopped green chilies and soda, mix it nicely, put water slowly slowly and make mixture.
- Put yogurt, sugar, corn flour, salt, red chili and chaat masala in big bowl and mix it nicely.
- Then heat oil in karahi pan and fry pakoray.
- When all pakoray are fried, put yogurt in serving dish and put pakoray.
- Then put bhagar and make chaat.
- Pakoron ki chaat dahi ky saath is ready.
