Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 2 cups
  • Egg 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chillies 4
  • Soda bi carbonate 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil to fry

For Yogurt:

  • Yogurt 1 kg
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp

For Bhagar:

  • Mustard seeds 5
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves few
  • Mustard seeds few

Method:

  1. Put gram flour in bowl, put egg, yogurt, salt, chopped green chilies and soda, mix it nicely, put water slowly slowly and make mixture.
  2. Put yogurt, sugar, corn flour, salt, red chili and chaat masala in big bowl and mix it nicely.
  3. Then heat oil in karahi pan and fry pakoray.
  4. When all pakoray are fried, put yogurt in serving dish and put pakoray.
  5. Then put bhagar and make chaat.
  6. Pakoron ki chaat dahi ky saath is ready.
