Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Water to make dough

For Paste To Apply On Katlama:

  • Eggs 2
  • Pomegranate seeds 2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1-1/2 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Red color pinch

Method:

  1. Make dough of salt, flour and oil and knead medium hard with water.
  2. Now cover it and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Now make portions.
  4. Then make 3 balls and spread oil.
  5. Now roll it equal to dinner plate, make circle or oval paratha, mark cut with fork and spread paste with brush.
  6. Put paratha in pan, keep filling, roll it, sprinkle oil so that it becomes crisp.
  7. Now roll paratha and serve it.
