Ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Water to make dough
For Paste To Apply On Katlama:
- Eggs 2
- Pomegranate seeds 2 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1-1/2 tsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Red color pinch
Method:
- Make dough of salt, flour and oil and knead medium hard with water.
- Now cover it and leave for 30 minutes.
- Now make portions.
- Then make 3 balls and spread oil.
- Now roll it equal to dinner plate, make circle or oval paratha, mark cut with fork and spread paste with brush.
- Put paratha in pan, keep filling, roll it, sprinkle oil so that it becomes crisp.
- Now roll paratha and serve it.
