Ingredients:

For Crust:

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Crushed sugar 1 cup
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Butter 200 gm
  • Cold milk as required

For Filling:

  • Cream 250 gm
  • Egg yolk 4
  • Mango jelly 1 packet
  • Crushed sugar 1 cup
  • Mango pulp 2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Gelatin 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. For crust: Mix flour, salt, crushed sugar and butter in bowl and knead with cold milk.
  2. Then keep on pie tray and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
  3. For filling: Beat egg yolks, crushed sugar and vanilla essence in bowl.
  4. Now cook mango jelly, when tender, dissolve gelatin in some water, add in mango jelly, put in egg mixture and beat it.
  5. Then add mango pulp, beat more, put cream and fold it.
  6. When crust is ready, cool it, put mixture and keep in fridge for 2 hours.
  7. Mango crumble pie is ready.
