Prawn & Soya Ginger Sauce by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Prawns 1/2 kg
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Egg whites 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic powder 2 tsp
- Oil as required
For Soya Ginger Sauce:
- Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Green onion 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 4 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate prawns with corn flour, ginger garlic powder, black pepper, salt and egg whites, mix it nicely and fry in hot oil.
- For soya ginger sauce: Heat oil and fry chopped ginger.
- When fragrance comes, put soya sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, tomato ketchup and crushed red chilies and mix it.
- Then add fried prawns in sauce and mix it.
- Then sprinkle green onion and serve.
