Mixed Vegetable Pakora by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Onions 100 gm
- Brinjal 100 gm
- Cauliflower 100 gm
- Potatoes 100 gm
Batter:
- Gram flour 200 gm
- Little water
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Oil for deep frying
- Chaat Masala to taste
Method:
- Slice all vegetables into thin slices or rounds.
- Make a thick batter with water, gram flour, red chilli powder, cumin, turmeric, salt, and baking soda.
- Coat each vegetable slice with batter and deep fry.
- Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve with ketchup or chutney.
