Ingredients:
- Roll wraps 1 dozen
- Chopped cabbage 1
- Grated carrots 2
- Chopped capsicum 2
- Crushed fresh red chili 4
- Chopped green onion 4
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Chicken cube flour 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Egg whites 2
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Heat oil in karahi pan, put chopped cabbage, grated carrots, chopped capsicum, fresh red chili, chopped green onion and roast it lightly.
- Then add white vinegar, crushed black pepper, chicken cube flour and salt, roast it lightly, remove it and cool it.
- Put vegetables in each roll wrap and make roll.
- Then dip in egg whites and close it.
- Now fry roll in hot oil until golden.
- Serve rolls with chili garlic sauce.
