Ingredients:

  • Roll wraps 1 dozen
  • Chopped cabbage 1
  • Grated carrots 2
  • Chopped capsicum 2
  • Crushed fresh red chili 4
  • Chopped green onion 4
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg whites 2
  • Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Heat oil in karahi pan, put chopped cabbage, grated carrots, chopped capsicum, fresh red chili, chopped green onion and roast it lightly.
  2. Then add white vinegar, crushed black pepper, chicken cube flour and salt, roast it lightly, remove it and cool it.
  3. Put vegetables in each roll wrap and make roll.
  4. Then dip in egg whites and close it.
  5. Now fry roll in hot oil until golden.
  6. Serve rolls with chili garlic sauce.
