Pineapple Juice by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Coconut cream 1 tin
- Pineapple juice 2 cups
- Pineapple chunks 1 tin
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Ice as required
- Mint leaves few
Method:
- Put coconut cream, pineapple juice, pineapple chunks, sugar and ice in blender and blend it nicely.
- Now pour them in glasses, put 1-2 pineapple chunks and mint leaves and serve chilled.
