Ingredients:

  • Lychee 24 peel
  • Cream 400 gm
  • Gelatin 1 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 6 tbsp
  • Cherries for decoration

Method:

  1. Put lychee, cream, sugar, coconut milk, and dissolved gelatin in blender and blend it nicely.
  2. Now pour in serving glasses and decorate with lychee, cherries and piped cream.
