Ingredients:
- Lychee 24 peel
- Cream 400 gm
- Gelatin 1 tsp
- Coconut milk 1/2 cup
- Sugar 6 tbsp
- Cherries for decoration
Method:
- Put lychee, cream, sugar, coconut milk, and dissolved gelatin in blender and blend it nicely.
- Now pour in serving glasses and decorate with lychee, cherries and piped cream.
