Seven Spice Macaroni by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless cubes 300g
  • Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1 large
  • Cooking oil 4 tbsp
  • Water 3 cups
  • Yogurt 2 cups
  • Bake parlor macaroni, masala mix sachet

Method:

  1. Boil macaroni in salted water for 5 to 7 minutes until it remain 1/4.
  2. Now strain hot water with strainer, put cold water, put 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan, put onion, garlic and ginger and fry for 3 minutes or till brown.
  4. Then put chicken and masala mix sachet and fry for a minute on high flame.
  5. Now add 3 cup water and coon until it boils. Then cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Then remove cover and coon until it remains half.
  7. Then put yogurt and cook on high flame for 3 minutes.
  8. Then remove from stove and serve hot with macaroni.
