Noodles Tikyaan by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Noodles 1 packet
  • Chicken mince 250 grams
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped green chilies 4-5
  • Finely chopped fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Green onion 2-3
  • Rice flour 3-4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil water in pot and boil noodles for 5 minutes.
  2. Then take it out, put in cold water, strain it and chop thick.
  3. Fry half noodles and spread on platter.
  4. Add chicken mince, eggs, garlic paste, chopped green chilies, chopped fresh coriander, chopped green onion, rice flour, lemon juice, soya sauce and salt in half noodles,mix it well and make tikiyan.
  5. Heat oil, fry tikiyan, put on fried noodles and serve with sauce.
