Five Spice Green Chutney by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Fresh coriander 1 bunch
- Green chilies 10-12
- Garlic 6-8 cloves
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup
- Mint 1 bunch
- Olive oil 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
Method:
- Put 1-1/2 water in pan, put fresh coriander, green chilies, garlic cloves, sugar and mint and boil for 5 minutes.
- Now put in blender with water, also add lemon juice, olive oil and salt and blend smooth.
- Five spice green chutney is ready.
