Ingredients:
- Chicken karahi piece 1/2 kg
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Crushed whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Green chilies 6
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Onions 2
- Tomatoes 2
- Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put lemon juice, crushed whole coriander, crushed cumin, green coriander, green chilies and salt in chopper and grind it finely, marinate chicken pieces with it for 2 hours and leave it.
- Put yogurt, tomatoes and onions in blender and grind it.
- Now heat oil and put tomatoes, yogurt and crushed onions.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and turmeric and roast it nicely.
- Then put masala chicken and cover for 20 minutes.
- When chicken is tender, put finely chopped ginger and close the stove.
