Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1 kg
- Finely chopped mint leaves 1 bunch
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Oil 1 bowl
- Finely chopped green chilies 4
- Lemons 4
- Mustard oil 1/2 bowl
- Crushed white cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
- Gram flour 2 tbsp
- Crushed ginger 2 tbsp
- Crushed raw papaya 1/2 tbsp
- Bihari masala 2-3 tbsp
- Salt as required
METHOD:
- Marinate boneless chicken with finely chopped mint leaves, yogurt, finely chopped green chilies, lemon juice, crushed white cumin, crushed black pepper, crushed red chilies, gram flour in 2 tbsp oil, crushed ginger, crushed raw papaya, bihari masala and salt for 30 minutes.
- Now put marinated chicken, oil and mustard oil and cook it.
- When water dries, roast it and keep on simmer on low flame.
- When oil comes up, delicious chicken masala is ready.
