Chicken Masala by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1 kg
  • Finely chopped mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil 1 bowl
  • Finely chopped green chilies 4
  • Lemons 4
  • Mustard oil 1/2 bowl
  • Crushed white cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Crushed ginger 2 tbsp
  • Crushed raw papaya 1/2 tbsp
  • Bihari masala 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt as required

METHOD:

  1. Marinate boneless chicken with finely chopped mint leaves, yogurt, finely chopped green chilies, lemon juice, crushed white cumin, crushed black pepper, crushed red chilies, gram flour in 2 tbsp oil, crushed ginger,  crushed raw papaya, bihari masala and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Now put marinated chicken, oil and mustard oil and cook it.
  3. When water dries, roast it and keep on simmer on low flame.
  4. When oil comes up, delicious chicken masala is ready.
