Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Rice flour 3 tbsp
  • Crushed mustard seeds 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped green chilies 2
  • Crushed white cumin 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Finely chopped green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mash potatoes and peel it.
  2. Now put rice flour, crushed mustard seeds, chopped green chilies, crushed white cumin, salt and chopped green coriander and mix it nicely.
  3. Now grease your hands and make small shami kababs.
  4. Now heat tawa, grease it and fry aloo kababs from both sides nicely.
  5. Now serve hot with tamarind chutney.
