Ingredients:
- Whole chicken 1-1/2 kg
- Green chilies 5-6
- Chopped onion 2
- Coriander 1/2 cup
- Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes 4-5
- Red chilies 2 tbsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Whole coriander 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Chaat masala as required
- Oil 1 cup
- Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Marinate whole chicken with salt, garlic paste, vinegar, red chilies, crushed cumin, black pepper, whole coriander, all spice powder and chaat masala and leave it for 1 hour.
- Then heat oil on tawa, fry chicken, take it out and separate it.
- Now add tomatoes, green chilies and chopped onion in this oil and roast it.
- Then add chicken, mix it and keep on simmer.
- Then garnish with green coriander and serve.
