Ingredients:

  • Custard 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 kg
  • Dates 1 cup
  • Dried dates 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Sugar as required
  • Jam-e-shireen as required

Method:

  1. Mix custard in 1 cup cold milk.
  2. Now heat milk. Then add 1 cup sugar.
  3. When sugar is dissolved, put custard slowly slowly.
  4. When mixture is thick, remove it and leave until cool.
  5. Then cook dates and remaining sugar with water in pan and make syrup.
  6. Garnish with dried dates and cream, make layer in ice cream cup, put jam-e-shireen and serve.
