Makhni Karahi by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Crushed onions 1 cup
  • Green chilies 4
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Green chili paste 1 tsp
  • Red chili paste 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed all spices 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put crushed onion in karahi pan and dry its water on stove.
  2. Now heat butter and oil, add yogurt, green chili paste, red chili paste, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, crushed coriander and crushed all spices and roast it.
  3. Then put chicken boneless and green chilies and keep on simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. In, end, sprinkle coriander leaves and serve makhni karahi.
