Makhni Karahi by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1 kg
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Crushed onions 1 cup
- Green chilies 4
- Butter 100 gm
- Green chili paste 1 tsp
- Red chili paste 1 tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Crushed all spices 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Green coriander 2 tbsp
Method:
- Put crushed onion in karahi pan and dry its water on stove.
- Now heat butter and oil, add yogurt, green chili paste, red chili paste, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, crushed coriander and crushed all spices and roast it.
- Then put chicken boneless and green chilies and keep on simmer for 10 minutes.
- In, end, sprinkle coriander leaves and serve makhni karahi.
